Temporary Pool Fencing
Ensuring you keep your loved ones safe during the construction phase of your new pool is both essential and legally required for compliance. At Clear Choice Temporary Fencing, we provide both temporary and permanent pool fencing which comply with current WA regulations. Temporary pool fencing may be used until your permanent pool fence is installed; however, it is as the name suggests – temporary. Our temporary pool fence panels are 2300 wide x 1300 high in size and come with plastic feet and joiner clamps to secure all the panels in place. Plus, you can also request a pool standard gate if required.
Temporary Construction Fencing
Construction sites are typically known to be high-risk environments, and hazard control is at the forefront of project management. It is the responsibility of a construction site manager to (as far as practical), ensure the site is secure from pedestrian traffic and unauthorised persons entering. As a leading supplier of temp fencing solutions, we provide fencing panels for both large construction sites and small construction projects which align and comply with WA regulations. Our construction site fence panels are 2400 wide x 2100 high and may be either hired or purchased at competitive prices from our warehouse based in Wangara.

For large projects or environments where construction may be taking place for an extended period, purchasing non-permanent fencing will save you from lengthy hire fees, plus you can keep them or sell them on once your project is complete.
Safety and Compliance
Our fencing at Clear Choice is compliant with Western Australian standards, helping ensure everyone is kept safe in high-risk environments. Short-term fencing is required for safety applications in both construction sites and for property owners who are installing or constructing a new pool. As WA regulations state, private swimming pools and spas containing more than 300mm (30cm) of water, must have a compliant safety barrier installed. For fibreglass pools, this means the day of installation you must have fencing installed whether it is just a temporary or permanent fencing solution.

Do I need temporary pool fencing during my pool installation stage?
Legally, temporary fencing requirements state once a new pool is installed and starts being filled with water a temp fence must be erected. For fibreglass pools, this means the day they are installed, as they would usually begin filling the pool straight away. For concrete pools which often take longer to complete, it’s a good idea to erect a temporary fence earlier than later – this can prevent falls while the pool is under construction. It’s not just required and safer, it will give you peace of mind whilst awaiting paving, landscaping, and permanent pool fencing.

Absolutely. Depending on your location, our team, who are based in our Wangara warehouse, can provide delivery and installation of your hired temporary fence for you. Alternately, you’re welcome to pick up from our warehouse and complete installation yourself.
